** Starting Friday, March 7, late entries must be delivered by hand to the Secretary at home no later than

Tuesday night, March 11.  Later and incomplete entries as of that Tuesday night will be wait-listed.

martingales, bridles and parts, girths, gallop boots, supplements, & all types of tack items. 

 

Non-sanctioned Divisions:

   Restricted Walk/Trot - Green Rider - rider has never competed above W/T at a Combined Test

   Open Walk/Trot - Green Horse - horse may not be entered in any other division     

Both Walk/Trot Divisions Dressage:  2007 USDF Intro A

                    Indoor arena.  Coats optional.  Kimberwickes, Pelhams and standing martingales are allowed.

                                No half-chaps unless smooth leather.  No twisted bits. 

                Both Walk/Trot Divisions Jumping:  simple X-rail course 12-15 inches.

                    Indoor arena.  Armbands are NOT required for jumping at this level.

   Baby Starter      2007 USDF Intro B        Stadium:  2ft. max.  Dressage in indoor; jump outside.

                Coats required; no half-chaps; smooth snaffles required for dressage; armbands required for jumping.

             *Copies of USDF Tests A & B can be emailed upon request.

   Beg. Nov   2006 Beg. Nov. Test A   Stadium:  2ft.7in  max.

   Novice       2006 Novice Test A        Stadium:  2ft.11in max.

   Training   2006 Training Test A     Stadium:  3ft.3in  max.

   Prelim.      2006 Prelim Test A        Stadium:  3ft.7in  max.

Baby Starter level & up must wear a medical armband with insert for jumping phase.

USEA armbands will be for sale for $10.00 - includes copy of insert.  Free copies of insert also available.

All dressage tests in small arenas and must be ridden from memory.  Organizers reserve right to cancel

divisions with insufficient entries.  Divisions will be divided Junior/Senior, if entries warrant. 

*Copies of USEF dressage tests may be obtained by including an email address with a note OR by going to

Entry fee:  $70.00 per division.  $100.00 for two divisions if same horse and rider. 

                  *MSEDA members should include their number on entry for points credit.

Times:  Available after 6:00PM, Wednesday, March 12.  Either call the Secretary at 502-228-5678

Limited Stabling:  Call Linda Herman at 228-9343.

Refunds:  By closing date - full refund.  After close - only if your place can be filled from the

Wait List.  Notify the Secretary immediately of a scratch for best chance of filling your place.

Coggins:  Dated 3/17/07 or later.  Send with entry or fax by March 4 to ensure a place in the

show.  Entries still incomplete as of Tuesday night, March 11, will be placed on the Wait List.

Awards:  Prize and eight ribbons per division.  CBPC members are eligible for Club trophies.

Schooling: Sorry, not available after the show.  No grounds access by non-competitors.

Dogs:  Stone Place Stables requests that visitors do not bring dogs.  Thank you.

Directions from Cincinnati/Lexington: Gene Snyder Freeway (I-265) north from I-64 or I-71 to

dead-end.  Right onto US Hwy 42 for 2.2 miles to Rose Island Rd. (Hwy 3222). Turn left across from 

Marathon station. Entrance is on the left down one-half mile; stone lions at gate.

Secry's Office is in the Indoor viewing room.

Food, snacks and drinks available in the Indoor Viewing Room.

Later entries could be wait-listed, depending on number of entries received.  

Call Secretary to make arrangements for very late Entries if room still available.  They must be 

complete and delivered by hand to the  Secretary by Tuesday night, March 11, or they will definitely be placed 

on the Wait List.  Wait List entries that do not draw into the show will be notified and their check destroyed.

                    Note: Rules of the MSEDA do not allow bringing Coggins on the day of show.

 Directions for delivery of late entries:  US 42 north to KY 1793.  Left for one and one-half miles to Settlers Point Sub on right.  Third street on right, third house on right.  Leave in mailbox, then call to confirm delivery.
